Qualifications

• Two years of positively referenced experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Requires on-call flexibility.
• A driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program area(s) and supervise staff.
• Monitor day-to-day operations for smooth service delivery.
• Implement and maintain quality improvement systems.
• Assess and coordinate client service needs in PRP.
• Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing staff evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and partner providers.
