Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor to support adults with mental illness in living more independently. You will help with daily living, goal setting, and engagement in meaningful activities while ensuring safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, and coursework in psychology or human services; CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Coursework in psychology, human services, social work or health sciences toward an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in health and human services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with goal setting and achievement, daily living activities and meaningful engagement.
• Support socialization, transportation and medication administration.
• Implement treatment plans to help clients reach goals and improve independence and quality of life.
