Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Manager - Glover to oversee the operations of a residential reentry center in Milwaukee.

You will support program administration, supervision, case management oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance, partnering with the Program Manager to maintain a safe and effective environment for residents and staff. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, or a related human services field; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
• Strong counseling skills with experience in both individual and group counseling.
• Ability to work with adult correctional clients with dual diagnoses and meet background checks.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile, and insurance meeting agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential Reentry Center.
• Observe and evaluate group sessions for fidelity to curricula.
• Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct intake screenings with DOC for admissions.
• Facilitate weekly Community Reintegration Plan meetings with staff and DCC.
• Assist with program planning, audits, staff evaluations, and licensing compliance.
• Train and orient employees, interns, and volunteers.
• Ensure training/certifications are maintained.
• Provide direct client services as needed.
• Provide supervision to Resident Monitors and oversee other staff.
• Review and approve/deny resident passes with case managers.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and audits.
• Serve as on-call supervisor and respond to emergencies.
• Plan and facilitate monthly All-Staff Meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
