Job summary

ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Case Manager to provide community-based services to formerly incarcerated individuals after release.

This role involves monitoring the supervised apartment and clients in the transitional living program, with weekend, holiday, and evening hours. You will report to the supervisor, complete activity records, maintain confidentiality, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with corrections, CBRS, or human services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based services to formerly incarcerated individuals following their release.
• Monitor the supervised apartment and clients in the transitional living program.
• Report known or possible client violations and safety concerns promptly.
• Complete and maintain activity records and other required information.
