The role requires a high school diploma; no professional experience is required though one year in related work is preferred.

• No professional experience required; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. One year of relevant experience preferred.

• Monitor an adult residential environment and provide supervision to residents.
• Deliver therapeutic activities and crisis management as part of the clinical team.
• Accurate documentation of services and adherence to program protocols.
• Travel to Horizon worksites and participate in trainings as needed.
