The position requires a Master’s degree, two years post-licensure clinical experience and one year supervisory

Qualifications

Master’s Degree from a program that prepares individuals to practice counseling (60-hr Master’s Program)
Two years of post-licensure clinical experience and one year of supervisory experience
LCSW, LPC or LMFT

Responsibilities

The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Recovery and Reentry Program Serving Justice-involved individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.
The Clinical Coordinator supervises the clinical staff, peer recovery specialists, and case managers; ensures delivery of evidence-based, person-centered services; and promotes continuity of care from incarceration through successful community reintegration.
