Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Part‑Time Human Service Worker at Foothill Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center in Spanish Fork, Utah. You will provide direct support, help maintain a safe, structured environment, and encourage clients through recovery, with shifts Fri–Sun from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required
• Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to clients in residential treatment and detox programs.
• Foster a safe, structured, and recovery‑oriented environment during assigned shifts.
• Support clients with daily routines, treatment goals, and healthy coping strategies.
• Observe client behavior and communicate concerns or changes to the treatment team.
• Assist with implementing behavior support plans and therapeutic programming.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, case managers, and other staff to coordinate client care.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with agency policies and standards.
• Encourage personal responsibility, recovery, and positive behavioral change throughout the treatment process.
