First Step House in Salt Lake City, Utah is hiring Recovery Support Staff I & II for the graveyard shift. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment for clients working toward recovery, monitor the facility, and support daily operations during overnight hours.

The role requires dependability, compassion, and strong documentation skills. Compensation ranges from $20.81 to $24.47 per hour, with full-time benefits and a focus on safety and client well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, structured environment for clients during recovery.
• Monitor facility and assist with daily operations.
• Respond to client questions and concerns professionally.
• Administer urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as per policy.
• Complete data entry, including violation reports and pass logs.
• Refer treatment-related concerns to clinical staff when appropriate.
• Assist with medication dispensing and maintain professional boundaries.
