Job summary

Brighton Center in Florence, KY, is seeking a full-time supervisor to oversee daily program operations for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Sober Living participants and coordinate services for customers.

You will train and supervise Case Manager I and peer mentors, maintain case records, and support alumni activities while ensuring high-quality care in a recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in social service or mental health field preferred; Some college course and/or Peer Support Specialist Certification with lived experience will be considered.
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in the social service/ mental health field a must.
• Experience and training in substance use disorders.
