Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation's Nittak Himitta Women’s and Children’s Recovery Center is seeking a Full Time Recovery Specialist Supervisor for a 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. shift.

You will supervise Recovery Specialists and residents when staff are off duty, and participate in staffing and reporting for daily resident behavior and activities. Responsibilities include coordinating transport, ensuring safety, maintaining records, and supporting staff through evaluations and trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years directly related supervisory experience.
• Background check required and valid Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Techs and residents when professional staff are not on duty.
• Coordinate transportation with treatment team for residential appointments.
• Supervise daily life skills of individuals served and ensure safety.
• Maintain proper documentation of medications being taken by residents.
• Prepare reports and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Provide crisis intervention and referral information as needed.
