Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDCA certification or active pursuit required.
• One or more years of continuous sobriety expected.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record required.
• Computer literacy including Word and Outlook; ability to navigate web apps.

Responsibilities

• Implements and enforces house rules, policies, and program guidelines.
• Supervises client participation in activities and schedules.
• Communicates shift activity and client concerns to staff and House Manager.
• Completes required reports for client records.
• Oversees house cleaning to maintain a safe environment.
• Provides support and information consistent with program goals.
• Assists House Manager in identifying residential issues and improving care.
• Monitors self-administration of medication per policy.

Education
