Job summary

FlyingHIGH, Inc. seeks a House Coordinator to oversee two Recovery Houses for male residents, coordinating occupancy, housing applications, and staff collaboration to promote recovery and work readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Ohio certification as a CDCA-Assistant, and at least 2 years in sober living or SUD-related work. Valid Ohio driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ sober living home management or SUD-related experience.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete post-offer drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate occupancy and availability of openings for houses.
• Review housing applications for residency approval.
• Enforce house rules and residency agreements; oversee operations.
• Engage clients and build professional relationships to promote recovery and work-readiness.
• Ensure regular drug screens and house inspections to maintain sober living environment.
• Maintain timely, confidential documentation and collaborate with team for positive resident outcomes.
• Participate in staffing to ensure best outcomes for residents.

FlyingHIGH, Inc. is seeking a male CDCA team member to oversee the daily operations of two Recovery Houses, providing a safe living environment for males in recovery from substance abuse disorders. The House Coordinator will work with individuals seeking housing, case managers, and clinical treatment staff who are dedicated to supporting residents so they can achieve success.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitation of occupancy and availability of openings for houses.


• Review applications for housing and determine appropriateness for the residency approval process.


• Enforcement of all house rules and residency agreements while overseeing house operations.


• Engaging clients and establishing professional relationships in order to promote recovery, assist in motivation of residents, and guide residents in establishment or attainment of work readiness, vocational and occupational goals.


• Will ensure regular drug screens and house inspections to maintain sober living environment.


• Will maintain ongoing communication/collaboration and partner with team members to ensure positive resident outcomes.


• To foster an interdisciplinary approach, participate in scheduled staffing's to ensure best outcomes for resident.


• Will maintain timely, confidential, and accurate documentation as required.

• HSD; GED equivalent
