Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. seeks a Residential Support Staff member to assist clients in our community health settings. You will provide daily supervision, support social-rehabilitation activities, and coordinate care under supervision.

Requirements include Peer Support Specialist Certification or an Associate's/Bachelor's in Human Services, CPR certification within 60 days, and a valid driver's license. Experience in residential settings is preferred; schedule is Sunday-Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or a related degree in human services.
• 3 years of residential setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment.
• CPR certification within 60 days of start date.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu supervision and coordinate social-rehabilitation groups.
• Care coordination and case load management for clients.
• Monitor safety and manage on-site and off-site activities.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and documentation.
• Transport clients for program-related errands as needed.
