Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) seeks a dedicated Program Manager to lead the CoSTAR residential program. You will supervise staff, ensure safe homes, manage staffing, and support individuals with mental health challenges in recovery-oriented, person-centered services.

The role focuses on leadership, staff development, and coordination with treatment teams to promote independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals and other staff.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Oversee medication management, audits, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate treatment team meetings and recovery-oriented services.
• Attend medical, psychiatric, and treatment planning meetings as needed.
