Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Addictions-level certifications preferred (CAS, CAT, LAC).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Current QMAP certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident check-ins and random searches to assess progress, stability, and needs.
• Assist residents in developing and maintaining treatment goal plans.
• Provide non-clinical case management including referrals and scheduling appointments.
• Monitor engagement in treatment activities and house expectations.
• Coordinate case management programming (life/social skills, relapse prevention).
• Maintain documentation and ensure confidentiality; support housing standards and policies.
