Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a Residential Associate to support residents at STAR Boardman. You will work directly with residents to promote recovery, supervise activities, administer medications as ordered, and help residents develop skills for independent living across community settings.

The role requires strong communication, adherence to treatment plans, and the ability to work flexible day/night shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in the community and facility setting.
• Administer prescribed medications following physician orders and agency policies.
• Provide services according to each resident's service plan and demonstrate active listening and empathy.
