Job summary

Weichert is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Silver Spring area to drive sales production with our All Under One Roof/Power of Yellow Customer Experience. You will coach sales associates, utilize Weichert tools, and coordinate with Marketing Technology Specialist and Regional Processing Manager to optimize unit reporting and transactions.

You will supervise the Processing Manager and support office operations, open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and community engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of residential real estate sales experience
• Sales management or prior leadership training required
• Recruiting and contract negotiation experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves as residential sales coach for the office.
• Ensures Weichert Selling System and Sales Tools are used to prospect customers and achieve targets.
• Engages and coaches all sales associates to meet personal production goals and office revenue targets.
• Manages day-to-day office operations and metrics (open houses, listings, buyer consultations, farming, core calls).
• Promotes and manages utilization of All Under One Roof/Power of Yellow Customer Experience with Weichert services.
• Hosts weekly office meetings and oversees weekly open house program.
• Assigns Opportunity Time to sales associates and monitors performance.
• Fosters strong Weichert community, brand adoption, and retention.
• Maintains office condition and cleanliness; conducts routine inspections.
• Coordinates with Regional Processing Manager for timely unit reporting and networking.
