Gillard Associates in Framingham/Andover, MA is seeking a Residential Real Estate Paralegal with at least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume office. You will communicate with lenders and clients, assemble closing documents, prepare fee quotes, and work closely with attorneys, title and accounting teams.

The role offers hybrid work in Andover/Framingham, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Qualia preferred.
