You will prepare closing documents, analyze title searches, and coordinate with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure accurate, timely closings.

The Experienced Real Estate Paralegal will support residential real estate transactions from offer through closing, working closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing closing documents and settlement statements, and coordinating with lenders, brokers, and other parties to ensure accurate and timely closings. The role involves analyzing title searches, identifying and helping resolve title issues, managing file documentation in digital systems, and maintaining compliance with ALTA Best Practices and internal procedures. The paralegal will communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates, obtain required information, and address routine questions, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fall River, MA.
