Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion and coordinate with clients.
• Prepare case analyses and advise clients on strategies.
• Draft court pleadings and defend motions in litigation.
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
