Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academics.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations.
