Job summary

A national law firm is seeking a remote Associate Attorney who can work from anywhere in New Mexico. In this role, you will manage residential real estate litigation cases, prepare legal strategies for clients, and represent them in court. The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor, admission to practice in New Mexico, and strong communication skills, along with 1-2 years of relevant legal experience. Full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the practice of law, preferably in litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• Admission to practice law in the state of New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies.

Purpose:

The Associate Attorney will manage cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters and protect the client's interest in litigation proceedings and general collection cases.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
