Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in the practice of law, preferably litigation, real estate or mortgage law.
• Admission to practice law in the state of New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion.
• Prepare analysis of case and advise client regarding strategies.
• Draft court pleadings, defense of motions.
• Attend court hearings, both telephonic and in person.
