• High school diploma or GED (I)
• Two (2) basic pre-license courses in real estate appraising (I)
• Va. Appraiser License preferred (I)
• Associate's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related (II)
• Two (2) basic pre-license courses in real estate appraising (II)
• Virginia appraiser license preferred (II)
• Three (3) basic pre-license courses in real estate appraising (III)
• Virginia appraiser license preferred (III)
• Must pass background check
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
