Job summary

Dallas Central Appraisal District is seeking a Residential Real Estate Appraiser to assess the value of residential properties within the district. You will conduct property inspections, analyze data, and prepare appraisal reports to ensure fair values for all property owners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Finance and may require state licensure or registration. Applicants should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance required.
• RPA certification or active Texas TDLR registration preferred or required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
