Job summary

LPA in Dallas is seeking an Associate - Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to conduct real property valuation, perform market research, inspections, develop financial models, and prepare appraisal reports. You will analyze income and expenses and assist in market studies and valuation assignments across diverse property types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills required.
• Strong writing, grammar and report composition skills.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to commute to or work from Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research and analysis.
• Perform property inspections and develop financial models.
• Prepare and compose appraisal and financial reports.
• Analyze property income and expense statements.
• Assist with market research, feasibility studies and valuation assignments.
• Support senior appraisal staff on appraisal, consulting and advisory assignments.
• Work across various commercial property types including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and more.
