Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Quality Control Technician to oversee QA of service request data in the YARDI system and coordinate with the Facilities Manager/Director. You will review work orders for Life, Health, and Safety categories and ensure accurate notes and photos accompany inspections.

The role involves data retrieval and entry, coordination with the Work Order Service Center, and occasional collaboration with the Air Force Military Housing Office on quality control standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years maintenance experience.
• Residential Construction, Facility Maintenance, Property Management, Contract Oversight, Home Inspection.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 100% review and follow up on all work orders categorized in YARDI software as Life, Health, Safety (LHS).
• Ensure status and notes for all LHS Work Orders are updated daily.
• Perform 100% work quality review on maintenance tech/contractor work orders related to LHS and Emergency/Urgent orders.
