Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care and coordinate patient plans. The RN will complete assessments, advocate for patient rights, and collaborate with the health team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a BSN preferred and an active RN license in the state of employment. The RN will participate in care planning, patient education, and discharge preparation in a 40-hour per week evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and document as required.
• Observe and document patient status and response to treatment.
• Develop and modify the plan of care with patient/family.
• Administer medications safely with correct patient, dose, route, and time.
• Educate patients and families about medications and care plans.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary planning.

Education
