Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients, families, and health team.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and documentation.
• Assess data for admission and plan care with multidisciplinary team.
• Involve family in assessment and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Develop and update treatment plans with patient/family.
• Identify safety needs and monitor potential changes in condition.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients about meds.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and unit safety.
