• Assist in the sales process with clients and prospects.
• Coordinate and conduct open houses weekly and provide recaps to Regional Manager.
• Document client information in Salesforce.
• Maintain updated systems daily.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on client requests.
• Inspect community models and signage for a retail-ready environment.
• Keep a professional sales office and ensure model homes are open during business hours.
• Document and file client communications and deliver Five Star customer service.
