Job summary

United Group of Companies, Inc. in Cayce, SC is seeking two full-time Porters for Cayce Cove, a student-housing community. Duties include cleaning common areas, vacuums, trash removal, and basic maintenance tasks. The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm with occasional after-hours and weekend work. Must have a High School Diploma and 1+ years in property maintenance.

• Assists in landscaping, minor maintenance, and emergency tasks.
