United Group is hiring two full-time Porters for Cayce Cove in Cayce, SC. The role covers daily cleaning of common areas, trash removal, and basic maintenance tasks in a student housing community. Requires high school diploma and prior property maintenance experience preferred.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm with some after-hours and weekend duties. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, PTO and holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; applicable work history.
• 1+ years of experience in residential property maintenance preferred.
• Experience with professional cleaning/general housekeeping; light maintenance preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level and ability to solve problems involving maintenance, safety and challenging situations.

Responsabilités

• Vacuums / mops all common area carpet and tile floors.
• Trash removal for residential apartments.
• Cleans all glass in the vestibules of all buildings as needed or upon request.
• Cleans all common area restrooms as needed or upon request.
• Performs additional cleaning duties throughout the day as needed.
• Sweeps all stairwells; vacuum/dust all common hospitality spaces.
• Cleans trash rooms and trash cans; vacuum and dust offices.
