Job summary

The Residential Assistant Property Manager at Onni Group of Companies supports strategic plans and leads day-to-day operations for an assigned residential building in Chicago. Responsible for AR/AP, reporting, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with laws.

Works with the Service Team, supports leasing staff, and plans resident events while maintaining office organization and data accuracy. Upholds company policies and delivers high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Residential Property Management with sales and admin responsibility.
• Proficient reading and writing in English.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and explain apartment features.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly AR duties including payment processing and reports.
• Administer AP duties with purchase orders and invoicing.
• Oversee rent collection, notices, evictions, and delinquency management.
• Collaborate with Service Team to track resident service requests.
• Prepare move-outs and final account statements.
• Execute marketing plans and report effectiveness.
