Paielli Realty, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties in Phoenix. You will manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants.

The role requires solid property management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Arizona Real Estate License required or clearly active license.
• 2+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Experience managing residential or single-family rental properties preferred.
• Strong leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property operations knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and stay organized.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of an assigned portfolio of residential properties.
• Serve as primary contact for property owners and tenants.
• Monitor property performance, occupancy, and tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate property inspections and follow up on issues.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate property and tenant records in the system.
