Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Austin to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, lead the on-site team, and drive leasing and revenue goals. You will manage budgets, review financials, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and leasing experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering superior property operations and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and oversee team members.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and review reporting.
• Oversee leasing processes, rent collection, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Drive marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure property maintenance standards and supervise on-site staff.
