Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytic skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of real estate laws, regs, and market trends.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance against operational and financial targets.
• Collaborate with community managers to implement initiatives and optimize results.
• Lead regional operations initiatives and ensure adoption across properties.
• Manage budgets and present regular performance reports to ownership.
• Foster tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leasing to drive occupancy and marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regs, and safety standards.
• Identify risks and coordinate insurance coverage where needed.
• Perform market research to identify improvement opportunities.
