Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of a residential community. You’ll assist with lease processing, resident relations, and rent collections while coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring property standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including ads and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
