Job summary

Evernest is seeking a motivated, proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio. The role focuses on owner satisfaction and requires excellent communication and coordination across marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, retention, maintenance and renovations.

This is a temporary, project-based position that will wrap up by the end of 2026. The ideal candidate will have a real estate background, strong leadership and a passion for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in single family or multi-family property management.
• State Real Estate Sales License required within 90 days of employment start and must be transferred to the Evernest brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to property owners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Manage budgets and financial records for the properties.
• Execute portfolio level operations in line with targets and KPIs.
