Job summary

Evernest is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio in our Colorado market. This temporary, project-based role emphasizes owner satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive coordination with Resident Services, Accounting, Leasing and Property Services.

The ideal candidate will have a real estate background, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must obtain State Real Estate Sales License within 90 days; Evernest will cover costs and will require transfer to the Evernest brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to property owners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Manage budgets and financial records for the properties.
• Execute portfolio level operations in line with company targets and KPIs.
• Dispatch field team members for property inspections and upkeep.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency in property management.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
• Drive financial performance by maximizing NOI.
• Prepare reports for Regional Manager, Executive Director, Partners, or Owners
