Job summary

Ultipro in Richmond, VA seeks a property manager to build and maintain a balanced property portfolio, market listings, onboard new accounts, and manage leasing activity. The role involves advising owners on marketability and improvements, coordinating renewals, and overseeing inspections and property records.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Real estate experience, preferably in residential property management.
• Must be licensed to practice real estate where properties are located.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Market and manage properties and coordinate leasing activity with agents and owners.
• Onboard new accounts, advise owners on marketability, improvements, and pricing.
• Coordinate lease renewals and rent adjustments, and track delinquent rents.
• Maintain property files and liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Handle licensing, compliance, inspections, and HOA/condo matters as needed.
• Travel daily in a personal vehicle to property locations.
