Job summary

HomeServices Property Management, LLC. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Property Manager to build and maintain a balanced portfolio of properties and coordinate leasing, owner communications, and tenant relations.

The role requires real estate knowledge, a college degree or equivalent experience, ability to travel daily in a personal vehicle, and a flexible schedule to cover in-office and field hours; a licensed real estate professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in real estate or property management is desirable.
• Licensed to practice real estate in the applicable jurisdictions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates partnerships with agents and managers to promote property management services.
• Onboards new accounts, advising owners on marketability, improvements, and pricing.
• Markets rentals using MLS and informs owners about showings and applicant progress.
• Processes tenancy applications after owner consultation and screenings.
• Oversees leases, collects funds, monitors rent and initiates legal actions when needed.
• Coordinates lease renewals and communicates budget needs to owners.
• Maintains property files and updates teams on status and vacancies.
• Drives field activities and collaborates with contractors and team members.
