Arbors Management Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a 190-unit senior/disabled subsidized high-rise.

Responsibilities include leasing, recertifications, HUD/Section 8 compliance, finances, rent collections, and supervising on-site maintenance staff, with a focus on confidentiality and Fair Housing standards. A PA Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 1 year is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD).
• PA Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong computer proficiency and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Manage leasing, tenant recertifications (Annual/Interim), waitlists, and HUD/Section 8 compliance.
• Oversee property finances, rent collections, deposits, and magistrate filings when necessary.
• Direct on-site maintenance staff, process work orders, and conduct unit/grounds inspections.
• Maintain confidentiality, accurate electronic resident files, and Fair Housing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, tenant recertifications (Annual/Interim), waitlists, and HUD/Section 8 compliance.
• Oversee property finances, rent collections, deposits, and magistrate filings when necessary.
• Direct on-site maintenance staff, process work orders, and conduct regular unit/grounds inspections.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, accurate electronic resident files, and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Property Management experience in affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD).
• Valid PA Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Strong computer proficiency, budget management skills, and solid communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and capable of passing criminal background & drug screenings.
