Arbors Management Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a 190-unit Senior/Disabled subsidized high-rise.

The role includes leasing, recertifications, waitlists and HUD/Section 8 compliance. Qualifications

• Property management experience in affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD).
• Valid PA Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Strong computer proficiency, budget management, and clear communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background & drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, tenant recertifications, waitlists, and HUD/Section 8 compliance.
• Oversee property finances, rent collections, deposits, and magistrate filings when necessary.
• Direct on-site maintenance staff, process work orders, and inspect units/grounds.
• Maintain confidential resident files and Fair Housing standards.
