Our growing Phoenix based real estate brokerage/property management firm, Capstone Realty Professionals, is looking to add a new member to our growing team. We are currently seeking a licensed real estate agent for a full time property manager role. The right person will be an extremely organized multi-tasker that loves offering great customer service. This person must be a TEAM PLAYER, must be able to interact with owners and tenants professionally and be able to pick up the phone to problem solve. ACTIVE ARIZONA REAL ESTATE LICENSE or in progress required. Don't let the title fool you, this is a high touch customer service position where great relationships with clients is paramount to success!

Your Duties Will Include:

• Being the main point of contact for our property owners and tenants
• Determining rents by running a rental comps
• Managing lite maintenance requests from tenants
• Enforcing the lease agreements
• Managing tenant expectations, concerns and issues
• Processing move outs

Our ideal applicant will have:

• AN ACTIVE AZ REAL ESTATE LICENSE
• A background in residential property management
• Experience with property management software. Appfolio experience A PLUS.
• Proven customer service experience in the real estate industry
• Ability to create and track with spreadsheets
• Solid organizational skills
• Exceptional phone skills
