• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management or related field; property management exp welcome.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Property management or residential housing experience preferred.
• Experience with subsidized housing preferred.
• Unionized environment experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff supervision.
• Manage rent collection, lease compliance, and resident concerns.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Market units and assist residents through the leasing process.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and property management documentation.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage leave and payroll adjustments.
