Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Greystone at the Woodlands & Oaks in Columbus, OH. You will apply maintenance experience to sustain property integrity, handle work orders, and assist in emergencies with the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, basic Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility to work weekends. EPA HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Provide weekly parts/material list.
• Assist in emergency coverage with other team members.
• Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
