Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for Midland Falls. The role focuses on maintaining the physical integrity of our property, completing work orders, and ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401k, life and disability insurance. Legal work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including weekends is required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make-readies for units as required.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Provide parts and materials lists weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with team members.
• Treat residents, staff and vendors professionally; demonstrate good customer service.
• Follow all safety policies; perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Midland Falls is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority

• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas

• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver's license is required
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
