Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Greystone at The Woodlands to lead the on-site maintenance team and uphold property standards. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely service requests are completed with strong customer service to residents and vendors.

The ideal candidate has an EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required (EPA).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
