Job summary

MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential communities safe, clean, and well maintained. This hands-on role offers variety, teamwork, and the chance to provide reliable, quality workmanship to our residents.

You will complete maintenance requests and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and building upkeep.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, repair, construction, or related hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow procedures.
• Good communication skills and a respectful, service-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
• Ability to provide and use personal hand tools.
• HVAC, boiler, or pool maintenance experience/certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and general property repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair items related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and building upkeep.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive buildings and grounds.
• Support repair, construction, and improvement projects as needed.
• Participate in rotating on-call evenings and weekends.
