Job summary

Enclave is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician in Rogers, MN, to deliver exceptional service to our residents. The role covers maintenance repair across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork.

• Experience in residential maintenance and service.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Equipment Installation and Setup: install and test new machinery or systems per safety guidelines.
• Safety and Compliance: adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory logs.
• Collaboration and Support: work with engineers, technicians, and facility managers to improve reliability.
